Getting started
Get your access code
Your employer or property manager hands these out. There is one for your company, and sometimes one for your specific location or department.
Download EvoFitCo and make an account
Choose the employee path when the app asks who you are. That is what routes you to the right experience.
Enter the code
Codes are not case-sensitive. Once it is verified, you are in. No payment details, ever.
Tell us about your workforce
A short questionnaire covers your locations, departments, goals and the environment your people actually work in.
We build your program
Your answers are matched against our approved content library to draft a program, which you review before anything reaches an employee.
Roll out your codes
Issue a code per company, property or department, share it with your teams, and watch participation from the dashboard.
Popular questions
All of it, grouped by who is asking. Nothing hidden behind a “view more”.
For employees
No, not now and not later. Your access comes from your employer's plan. There is no premium tier, no upgrade prompt and no card entry anywhere on the employee side of the app.
From your employer, usually HR, your property manager, or whoever told you about the program. We can't issue you one directly, because codes belong to a company's account.
Codes can be deactivated or given an expiration date by your administrator, and each one belongs to a specific company, location or department. Check you have the right one for your site, then contact your administrator.
No. Your employer sees participation at a high level: a banded rating and overall engagement for a location or the company. Your individual check-ins, notes and numbers are not part of any report they can run.
You get one action per pillar per day: Move, Mind, Fuel and Connect. Complete all four and the day is worth 10 points. Three out of four earns nothing: the day is all or nothing, and no single action carries a score of its own. The checkboxes are there so you can see what you have done, not to rack up a total. Points build up toward the rewards your employer puts on the shelf.
Yes. You get the full nutrition side: log meals by barcode or search, track calories, macros and hydration, and browse meal suggestions and a healthy order at nearby chains. None of it is visible to your employer.
Access is tied to your employer's plan, so it ends when your membership does. The app will tell you rather than silently locking you out.
For individuals
A human coach, not an algorithm, who builds your training plan around your goals and schedule, checks in on how it is going, and adjusts it. Nutrition, macro and hydration tracking and 1-on-1 session booking come with it.
No. 1-on-1 coaching is completely separate. You can buy it whether or not anyone you work for or live with has heard of us.
Yes. Verified students get a discount on the monthly price. It is the same coaching, not a cut-down version. We handle verification directly for now, so get in touch and we will set it up.
Yes. Group coaching runs alongside the 1-on-1 product. Tell us the group size and we will quote it.
Through the app or on the web, whichever you prefer. You will always see the price before anything is charged.
For companies
You answer a short questionnaire about your locations, departments, goals and work environment. We build a program from our reviewed content library, you hand out access codes, and your employees join with them. Nothing to assign one person at a time.
$75 per employee per month, billed monthly on a six- or twelve-month term. If you would rather be billed by property or location, that is quoted individually, so get in touch with your property count and we will come back with a number.
With access codes. You can run one code for the whole company, one per property, or one per department. Property codes place an employee at the right site automatically.
Yes. Restrict enrollment to your own email domains, and optionally upload a roster. Codes can be created, changed, deactivated or given an expiration date at any time.
Participation and engagement across your locations, as bands and aggregates. It deliberately does not expose individual food logs, weights or check-in answers. The program only works if your people trust it.
It comes from our reviewed content library. Anything drafted for your company is approved and published by us before an employee can see it.
Monthly, by card or ACH. Invoicing and purchase orders are available for larger organizations.
If you are an employee and your code will not work, your administrator can fix it fastest, since they own the codes for your company. For anything else, send it to us and a person will read it.
